Office Administration/Assistant

Closets by Design has an immediate opening for a full-time office assistant/admin (35 - 40 hours per week).

This position rotates hours as this is a Call Center.   This role would be required to work the Saturday and Sunday shift from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm once every 3 weeks with the remainder of hours worked Monday through Friday with a closing shift till 6:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Office Manager with daily operations
Answer phones in a professional, courteous manner
Schedule appointments with clients
Organize files and documents
Provide administrative and clerical support to staff
Assist the front office staff as needed

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Data entry, answer phone lines, copy, scanning and filing

Professional attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to organize, work fast and prioritize
Willingness to listen and take direction
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Great attitude and being a team player is a must!
