Office Administration Specialist takes on various roles within an organization to help ensure effective day-to-day operations. Responsible for organizing efficient work of the office (creating and supervising the observance of appropriate procedures), in charge of managing external vendors and supervision over the supply of articles necessary for the functioning of the office and organizing the work of cooperating companies.
Duties include providing administrative support to senior management and employees. The person is responsible for accommodating guests, planning travel organizing events and a daily office life.
The individual is obliged to maintain confidentiality and show discretion, as well as represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner – also outside the organization.
