Overview Cambridge Investment Research, Inc is expanding our Administrative Assistant Team and we are looking for a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join us! The ideal candidate will support financial professionals by handling a variety of administrative tasks and taking phone calls while providing excellent customer service. We are located 5 miles north of Fairfield on the beautiful Pleasant Plain Road and offer standard working hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday. In this role, your time will be split between the following tasks for our Source team: Scheduling meetings, events and travel arrangements Communicating via email, phone and in person Reviewing reports and inputting data Assembling account paperwork If you are someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated and likes to work with multiple groups of people apply today to learn more. Essential Duties Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests in a professional and courteous manner Track billable and non-billable hours in order to accurately invoice each financial professional and ensure proper payment is received Monitor team email inbox and input tasks for other team members into the workflow through our online system (SharePoint) Process check deposits for financial professionals and their clients using systems such as E-Blotter, web capture, mobile deposit, and updating the log in ELMO Serve as a liaison between financial professionals and their clients (e.g., scheduling meetings/calls through systems such as Calendly, Outlook, RedTail, etc.) Sort all incoming mail, such as checks and paperwork, from financial professionals Monitor items for attention and alerts in various systems and backfill smaller tasks for other team members such as pulling statements, checking paperwork status monitoring, etc. Additional duties as assigned Education & Experience Education & Experience: Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training. Compensation: $17-19 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
