Position Description:
Ryerson has an opportunity for an Office Administrator position. As an Office Administrator you are responsible for assignment of a wide variety of diverse general office functions such as ordering supplies, filing and answering phones.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provided inventory support by scan test reports, outside processed inventory & purchase orders, open/close purchase orders, file receiving’s & BOL’s, and annual physical inventory
• Manage office supplies
• Help onboarding new employees
• Employee documentation/retention
• Support local management with providing information with ADP for inside sales and operations/warehouse
• Manager getting bills paid (ariba, next process, petty cash) and Sox reporting monthly
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
