Job #300678: Operations Job Code:#300678 Title:Office Administrator Job Type:Job Posting Job Location:London Greater London Job Description: Position Overview:The Office Administrator, reporting to the Manager of Office Administration, will be responsible for the Company’s office operations in addition to administrative and sales support.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for helping coordinate office services and related activitiesResponsible for the distribution of mail, Fed Ex post, and usual office post.Manage company events – weekly lunch order, monthly after work event, and yearly Holiday party.Support the sales team, including helping to collate expense reports for the staffParticipate in Accounts Receivable responsibilitiesParticipate in special projects as neededQualifications:Must be a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervisionMust be detail oriented, with strong analytic and problem-solving skillsMust have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environmentMust have experience of sales supportMust be highly organized, comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and helpful mannerMust have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskOutstanding communications a mustMust have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows
