Office Administrator

Our Yellowknife-based client is seeking an organized and adaptable Administrator to assist with an immediate temporary opportunity with the potential for extension. Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrator is required.Post-secondary education is an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with a multi-line phone system.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.Office hours are Monday to Friday 830 am to 430 pm.A criminal record check is required.Hourly pay rate is $26/hour.
