​​Office Administrator ​ Job Number: 352979 Category: Administrative Description: Job Title: ​​Office Administrator ​ Location: Cary, NC Zip Code: 27513 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hr Schedule: Onsite Keywords: #officeadministrator #administrativejobs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be familiar with Outlook for calendar management to reserve conference rooms * Experience in ordering for small/large catering needs * Ordering office supplies and managing inventory * Collect and distribute mail, receiving and shipping packages * Manage the coffee stations and snack walls (maintenance & supplies) * Other miscellaneous tasks such as new hire badge creation, new hire device pick-up and device retrieval for off-boarding * Additional admin support with tasks as needed from the various businesses * Receive and direct clients and visitors * Manage employee and visitor badge process. * Activities involving contracting and managing entrance and reception services * Activities involving management and maintenance of office space. * Assure proper office supply and equipment inventory. * Management of media, meeting rooms and allocation plans (update, availability and operations) * Manage employee-seating request and move request as necessary. * Coordinate maintenance of office equipment (office supplies, furniture, IT, etc.) * Point of contact with property management for issue handling and property communication. * Conference room services (setting or clearing the tables, responsible for the supply of cold and hot beverages, according booking) * Operation and cleaning for coffee machines and other café equipment within the office * Sorting and distribution of postal items * Reception and dealing with parcels (FedEx/UPS deliveries) * Cross-function with the Administrative Assistants to provide Admin support when necessary REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School with 5+Years of experience or * Associate's degree and 2+ years' experience * Customer Service Experience * Proficient Windows 10 (Outlook, Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint skills) * Good communication skills * Analytical and proper decision making skills * Ability to lift 20-25 lbs. * Outstanding organizational, time management and self-motivational skills as well as multi-tasking skills * Strong interpersonal skills, professional and ethical work practices are also required. * Must possess the ability to effectively interact with employees in several functional departments.
