Office Administrator

Our client, a construction company is looking to hire an Office Administrator for their location. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, online meetings, and construction management software (Buildertrend construction software currently used). Responsibilities for this position include maintaining job schedules for construction projects utilizing construction management software. Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

The Day-to-Day:

Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for construction projects.Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes as needed.Coordinate selection process with clients.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaA bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field is preferred (but years of real work time experience equivalent in the field is equally considered).Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an office management role within the construction industry or a similar environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of construction terminology and practices.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$50k to $60k /per yrMonday to Friday8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
