Opis posla

At this position, responsibilities include:

Supports Office Manager in the organization of the officeParticipates in organization of various events in the officePerforms duties regarding health and safety at workAssists in the onboarding process for new hiresAssists in implementing and monitoring office proceduresMaintains a trusting relationship with suppliers, customers, and colleagues and act as the first point of contact for suppliers/vendorsWelcomes visitors and clientsBooking all PV couriers using our preferred supplier and dealing with various issuesParticipates in resolving office-related and employees’ related issuesMentoring and training of new and more junior employees within the departmentHandles all tasks related to the company's official mobile phonesHandles all tasks related to the company's car poolProvides ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members and departments as needed

Kvalifikacije

Required Experience:

Attention to detail, self-motivated, takes initiativeProficient in MS Office Excel and the ability to learn new softwareDetail-oriented individual with good organizational ability, with excellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills are a must
