Office Administrator
Job Title: Office Administrator: Part Time

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage accounts payable processes.Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions.Assist the service department with invoicing tasks.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered.Maintain and organize office files, both paper and electronic.Ensure all documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible.Set up new contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.Organize and maintain existing contracts.Close and archive completed contracts.Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Provide information and assistance to callers as needed.Organize and file weekly work orders.Ensure all work orders are processed and filed accurately.Provide general administrative support to office staff.Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed.

Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Work EnvironmentFor the first 3 months will be Part Time. Based on performance, this position can turn into Full Time and eventually Permanent

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
