Minimum requirements:
A minimum of grade 12 A minimum of two years’ experience in the office administration environment MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL (ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS) Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in office administration, personal assistance, or facilities management Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail A self-motivated and proactive disposition with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software Must have own reliable transportation and driver’s licence
