What are we looking for? The Office Administrative responsibilities will include but not limited to, advanced learning of the Evolution (EVO) Shared Services System. We want to utilize this system for interrogating project cost controls and visibility to profitability. Knowledge of the EVO Payroll and Project Set-upsn will also be gained. Take control of the ISS Vehicle Fleet (approximately 15-vehicles), responsible for maintenance and testing, repairs and tracking via our GPS Monitors. Involvement in Survey Equipment controls for maintenance, calibrations and shipping. Shift/Schedule: The position is hourly paid and working times will be agreed but 40 hours per week is expected. Salary & Benefits Information The pay rate for this position is $32.00 per hour with time and a half paid for hours work over the 40 hours. What you’ll do: + Learn how to navigate, operate, input and extract within Evolution + Evaluate and establish a solid system for vehicles management + Once educated within Evolution, evaluation of project cost controls, revenue, costs and profitability, reporting of findings back to the Operations and General Manager. Establish a format for how these details are reported and continuously monitored. + Be a back-up for payroll entries (support other office administrators) + Eventually move towards oversight of the Administration Positions of other office personnel This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: + Proven record of assisting managers by providing references + Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines + Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record is required. + Work well under pressure and understands deadlines + Good communication skills both verbally and written in English. + Good organizational skills + Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work + Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties Preferred Requirements & Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business or 5 years of related experience + Relevant work experience preferred + Other skills or certification would be taken into consideration Intertek: Total Quality.
