Job Description
Primarily focus on accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient financial operations. This role will also supervise the Accounts Payable (AP) person, Accounts Receivable (AR) person, Purchasing Administrator, and Receptionist. Additionally, the Office Manager will support Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) functions.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.Supervise and provide guidance to the AP person, AR person, Purchasing Administrator, and Receptionist.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.Facilitate training and development for team members.Ensure efficient workflow and task delegation within the team.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.Support employee relations and address HR-related inquiries.Coordinate with IT support to ensure smooth operation of office technology.Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and user support.Manage software and hardware inventory.Essential Skills5+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing/distribution sectorProficient in MS ExcelProficient in any ERP SoftwareExperience in revenue size of $10-$50MMDegree in a relevant fieldAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in payrollHuman Resources knowledgeWork Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.00/hr.
