About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our Arbor/Metals, Inc. – Mobile, AL branch. The ideal candidate will coordinate office activities, operations, and oversee our QMS program. They will also ensure all work is done on time.

Responsibilities Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.Performs daily invoicing and receiving computer functions.  Coordinates freight movements with appropriate carriers.  Scans various documents into computer system.Assists sales and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.Oversee the Maintaining of records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files.Schedule and organize weekly Management Review MeetingsCommunicate and track Quality Objectives performance with MR team and branchPerforms other related duties as assigned.Complete any other projects requested by your Manager Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least three years of office coordination and quality control experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.Highly organized and able to successfully manage multiple projects at onceStrong communication skills
