Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and creating a positive work environment. Strong soft skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite of services, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, are essential for this role.

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in an administrative/clerical role.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of services, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice-To-Have Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with the energy or construction industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Work Environment

The role is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
