About the job

The Corporate Services team is looking for an Office Administrator (part time) to work in the Tallahassee, FL Regional Office to help support office operations by maintaining a secure, efficient space for SAS employees to work and host their customers. 

 

As an Office Administrator, you will:

Greets and assists visitors, providing internal and external guests with excellent hospitality.Works at the reception desk answering, screening and routing phone calls.Maintains conference rooms and flex space calendars.Maintains company asset control by keeping records up to date.Enters office move requests, assigns employee office space.Responsible for Business Continuity Management plan.Assists with the coordination of onsite meetings, training, events, and office moves.Keeps process documents, manuals and logs up-to-date and maintains accurate filing systems.Acts as department liaison; distributing appropriate information to and communicating with staff.Performs general office duties: duplicates and faxes documents; orders supplies and equipment; distributes and stocks office and break room supplies; ships materials.Operates basic office machines; performs basic maintenance to office equipment and schedules maintenance for more difficult problems.

 

Required Qualifications

Typically requires four years of general office experience, preferably related to area of assignment.Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Administrative Office Technology, or related field.Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications. Orders office supplies.Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office productsExcellent knowledge of office proceduresYou’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
