About the job

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland on a part -time basis from Monday to Friday in the morning, ideally with some flexibility to work some afternoons, for example if an event is taking place. 

 

As an Office Administrator, you will:

Reception duties and operation of the telephone switchboard. Screen telephone calls, take messages or redirect calls and respond to routine questions. Act as department liaison; distribute appropriate information to, and continually communicate with staff.Assist in performing specialized administrative duties including maintaining absence information, ordering and managing office supplies and service requirements, etc. Arrange meetings and seminars, coordinate  processes and events.Organise the conference area as well as the conference schedule and conference service.Serve as point of contact for internal and/or external guests while providing excellent customer service.Support the facilities department.Management and control of cleaning and security service providers.

 

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a reception or office administration role. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.Demonstrates attention to detail, good judgment and excellent customer facing skills.Demonstrates approachable, positive  and open-minded attitude.Strong problem solving, writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsYou’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
