Office Administrator - Part Time

This position is responsible for providing receptionist and office management services for the Enviri Corporate Headquarters located in Center City, Philadelphia. This is a part time position with standard hours of 8:00AM-12:00PM, Tuesday through Thursday. **Primary Responsibilities** + Operates the Corporate Office console, receiving calls and assisting employees, if necessary, in placing outgoing calls. Answers general inquiries regarding the Corporation including specific questions on Enviri products, and routes more technical questions to appropriate areas. + Greets visitors and ascertains name and firm represented; informs appropriate employee of arrival. Arranges office space for visitors as needed. Enters upcoming visitors into the building visitor system. + Sorts incoming mail and distributes to the appropriate team / personnel. + Supports employees with packaging and sending outgoing mail. + Acts at the main interface to the building property manager. Alerts property manager of maintenance or cleaning issues. Tracks building announcements, events, inspections, and fire drills and communicates relevant information to the corporate team. + Prepares for corporate meetings, conferences, and employee engagement events by assembling materials, setting up conference room spaces, and ordering refreshments. + Monitors and stocks supply closets for the office. Ensures food/coffee machines are stocked appropriately. Processes invoices for office supplies. + Maintains office security by managing employee passes and visitor requests. + Assists with the new employee onboarding process by ensuring employees are set up with a workspace and appropriate supplies, and are familiar with office procedures. + Supports the Enviri Corporate Feed Forward committee. Feed Forward is an employee group that coordinates engagement events such as holiday luncheons, recognition events, employee engagement activities, and volunteer drives. + General office management support. + May occasionally act as a backup to department administrative assistants. **Basic Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 3-5 years office administration or clerical experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams. + Positive attitude and people-focused mindset. + Excellent organizational skills. + Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and customer interaction skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
