UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Administrator to join our community. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for supporting onsite personnel and leadership with daily administrator operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting with various operational needs. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:
Provide administrative assistance to onsite personnel and leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing communications.Maintain accurate records and files in compliance with company policies.Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment. Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues as needed.Manage leadership calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. Plan and organize onsite events and track key operational deadlines.Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and relay information between departments. Draft and distribute internal and external correspondence. Assist with employee onboarding, preparing workstations, and organizing welcome materials. Support leadership in compiling data for reports, presentations, and performance metrics. Coordinate facility - related needs and vendor interactions. Maintain confidential employee and operational records and support compliance with workplace policies. Assist with time keeping and attendance tracking. Greet visitors and vendors professionally and direct them appropriately, providing excellent customer service.Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Must be at least 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent required; some college would be a plus.2 - 4 years of administrative or office management experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office technology.Able to work independently while supporting team collaboration.Detail oriented and proactive problem solverProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and shifting priorities.Ability to lift up to 25lbs.About UniFirst First Aid + Safety
