Following are some of the responsibilities of this role:
Answer incoming calls
Make follow up phone calls to set and confirm appointments
Place service calls to clients on occasion
Update prospect and client data records
Processes deposits, ACH transactions, etc.
Organized person who is able to multitask and working with technology and people. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Take messages and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
Manage and maintain, schedules, appointments, and calendars,
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed. Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
