Office Assistant – Employee Health Services

Work Schedule: 

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to: 

Answer multi-line telephone, assist callers, greet and direct visitors. Assist with scanning, entering, filing, mailing, and printing documents. Schedule meetings as requested.
