Office Assistant
Job Title: Office AssistantJob Description Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information in scheduling events for HR team members. Administer attendance. Serve as the first stop receptionist for the HR team. Support recruiting functions such as sending background checks, emailing onboarding information, etc. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Work Environment Forge shop with a casual dress code. Must wear closed-toe shoes. Long sleeves are advised. Will work closely with the HR department, specifically with 4 HR Business Partners.
