Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in processManage scheduling and appointment booking to optimize patient flow and clinic operationsHandle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain electronic medical records and patient charts, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityCoordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth interactionsMonitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventoryPrepare and process necessary paperwork and reportsSupport office staff and provide training as neededEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standardsOffice Assistant Requirements:
