Job Description

We are looking for an office assistant candidate who will review legal documents for errors and finalize any necessary rewrites. This role involves answering phones, creating copies, cleaning the office, ordering supplies, and helping cater food for the president and clients. Additionally, the office assistant will assist with paralegal activities, with training provided as needed.

This is a fully onsite position, requiring attendance 5 days a week. The small firm values long-term office support and is willing to train employees in paralegal or legal support. The firm supports career growth and development, with a history of helping employees obtain paralegal degrees and advance to full-time roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
