Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking an organized and reliable Office Assistant to support their administrative team on a temporary basis. This in-office role will be based primarily in Southfield, MI, with occasional travel to the Detroit facility. If extended beyond June 2025, the position will transition to the downtown Detroit office.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized office, ensuring all spaces are prepared daily.Manage office supplies and maintain inventory while adhering to sustainability guidelines.Process mail, packages, and assist with document management.Manage conference room schedules, AV equipment, and help facilitate meetings.Assist with office relocations, including inventory management and packing.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and document preparation.Support visitor registration and office security processes.Help organize events and client visits.

Who You Are: A proactive, service-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
