Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant. This position is 20 hours a week divided between Monday-Thursday with flexibility each day. This is a great opportunity to get a grasp on calendar management, booking travel and processing expenses.

Responsibilities:

Manage phone lines for a large office, screening and transferring when neededHandle conference room scheduling and set up and break down cateringOrder kitchen and office supplies and maintain the coffee machines throughout the dayTake care of in/out-going mail and packagesGreet visitors and clientsAssist with filing, faxing, and printingProvide back up support to the receptionist

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required0-2+ years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:

Up to $45KLunch provided on MondaysFully stocked café kitchen
