Office Assistant
Description If you’re a highly motivated self-starter, the General Office Clerk position with OfficeTeam is an excellent opportunity to expand your administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player capable of performing a wide variety of office tasks, from operating office equipment to completing clerical duties efficiently. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Major Responsibilities: + Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing + Provide administrative support for employee projects as needed + Organize and maintain office files and records + Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence + Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events + Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages + Order and manage office supplies and inventory + Assist with managing office equipment and ensuring it is maintained properly + Respond to phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally + Offer support to other departments or staff members as required + Adapt to changing office needs and priorities to ensure smooth operations Requirements Qualifications: + At least 1 year of experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role (preferred) + Bilingual in Spanish + Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel + Strong verbal, written, and social communication skills + Experience with filing systems and document management + Solid understanding of data entry and attention to detail + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently + Comfortable with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.) + Demonstrated flexibility in adjusting to changes in tasks and office procedures + Self-motivated with a high level of organizational skills TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
