We are actively seeking a temporary Office Assistant at our facility in Watkins! This is a 3 month temporary role that has the potential to go long term.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at the Eden Valley facility. This full-time role will work directly with the Plant Manager and be responsible for day-to-day administrative and clerical duties. The Office Administrator will provide support for Safety, Quality Assurance (QA), Environmental, and Production data collection and reporting. The position will ensure compliance with supplied Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and commitment to our Food Safety Quality Policy.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
_100% Compliance_
+ Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
+ Ensure established policies and procedures are followed while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
_Specific Tasks:_
+ **10%** : Prepare reports including production and inventory, dryer reports, tanker/barrel reports, weekly ledgers, cost reports, and month-end inventory reports.
+ **5%** : Perform site HR administrative tasks such as recruiting, time and attendance, and Workday administration.
+ **10%** : Input accounts payable and accounts receivable into the accounting system.
+ **5%** : Create Bills of Lading as needed.
+ **5%** : Answer the telephone and direct office traffic.
+ **5%** : Maintain the weekly Raw Material Schedule.
+ **15%** : Maintain Finished Product Inventory.
+ **5%** : Coordinate tanker pick-ups and outbound shipments.
+ **5%** : Maintain a thorough knowledge of office functions.
+ **15%** : Assist QA Lab Technician with data entry and basic lab duties, and provide vacation coverage for sample shipping.
+ **10%** : Support QA/Environmental/Safety Manager/Plant Manager by maintaining SOPs, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), data entry, trending reports, and training records.
+ **5%** : Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
+ **5%** : Perform all other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, AX2012, and Microsoft Access.
+ Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
+ Demonstrates good initiative and is self-directed.
+ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
+ Honest, with a high degree of integrity.
+ Ability to learn and perform all office functions.
+ Professional, courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
+ Adaptable to changing situations.
+ Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate.
+ Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
