Office Assistant
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves working three days in the office and two days remotely, with flexible hours. The Office Assistant will be part of our Producer Services team and will be responsible for setting up and maintaining records for Agents, assisting with projects, and processing data updates. Responsibilities: • Create and manage records for existing producers in our internal systems. • Regularly update our internal systems with pertinent data. • Provide assistance on various projects in line with business requirements. • Offer support to the team as required. • Handle appointments and terminations when necessary. • Conduct mass data updates on the system. • Use Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel for data entry, Word for utilizing templates, and Outlook for managing emails. • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. • Work independently to complete assignments in a timely manner. • Exhibit excellent communication skills. • Apply insurance industry knowledge and accounting functions when necessary.
