Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our territory managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office through a wide variety of administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: • Research and create compelling sales presentations and business reviews as directed by the territory manager. • Submit internal quote requests and provide well-formatted quotes to customers. • Submit and track sample requests with meticulous attention to detail and time sensitivity. • Track seasonal year-over-year data for in-depth analysis. • Utilize customer vendor websites for accurate information exchange. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, whether by phone, email or video conference. • Act as a liaison between territory manager and other internal business units. • Perform other basic administrative assistant duties as required. Qualification Requirements: Education and Work Experience • An associate degree and at least 2 years administrative assistant experience are preferred. Knowledge and Skills • Possess a high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with ability to rapidly learn new software. • Expands knowledge and growth through continuous training. • Exhibit proactive organizational and planning skills. • Focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Skillfully execute time-management with the ability to self-prioritize work. • Practice a high level of interpersonal skills (including emotional intelligence, communication, and active listening skills).
