In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the ACT-TAY team and their clients. Your responsibilities will include fielding phone calls, assisting with team coordination, and ensuring the accurate collection of programmatic data. This position does not require participation in the on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Answer all incoming calls, direct them to appropriate staff members, and maintain effective communication with all personnel within the clinic.Crisis Management: Screen client contacts for crisis situations, prioritizing and routing to the appropriate clinical staff.Appointment Management: Schedule and cancel client appointments accurately, ensuring correct dispositions for cancellations.Verification: Verify demographic information upon client check-ins, including address, phone number, and insurance.Team Coordination: Assist with daily team meetings by taking notes and directing staff to their respective client appointments.Clerical Tasks: Perform clerical duties necessary for office functioning, including filing/imaging, reports, activity logs, and correspondence maintenance.Safety Compliance: Responsible for quarterly safety drills, inspections, inventories, etc., to meet CARF safety requirements.Insurance Verification: Process Requests for Information (ROI), enter data into the database, and ensure HIPAA compliance.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.Experience in an office setting preferred but not required.Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including residents, employees, families, and community contacts.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Brightli is on a Mission:
