Job Description Summary: Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic healthcare team? We’re seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our Central Scheduling Department on a per diem basis. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of clerical duties that are essential to keeping our department running smoothly.
Job Description: Your Role:
+ Document Preparation & Data Entry: Create and manage various documents using Microsoft applications and databases.
+ Mail Processing: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
+ Record Management: Retrieve, file, and manage records and information with precision.
+ Office Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain office equipment, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
+ Supply Management: Stock and distribute supplies as needed to keep the office well-equipped.
+ Project Assistance: Provide support on special projects as requested, contributing to the success of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
+ Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
+ Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
