As an Office Assistant II, you will support clinical and office caregivers to support caring for the community, complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining financial stability of the department. **A caregiver in this position works days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays from 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide general office support such as data entry, answering telephones and visitor reception. + Facilitate the visitor process. + Follow department and hospital policies and procedures. + Manage traffic flow through the department. + Maintain electronic and hard copy files. + Update databases and file records appropriately. + Complete recordkeeping in accordance with JCAHO standards. + Answer telephones and provide general customer service. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + High school diploma or GED. + One year of filing and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $15.25 Maximum hourly: $19.60 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
