Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Must speak fluent in English and Armenian
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Manage and organize office documents and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle mail distribution and other clerical duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an office setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
