We are involved in the entitlement, development, and sale of commercial and residential properties at and proximate to the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah.
... As an Office Assistant for our property management company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your primary responsibilities will involve administrative tasks, assisting with property management activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our company and gain valuable experience in the property management industry.

This is a Temp to Hire position.-
Part Time Office Assistant, 3 days per week, presently anticipated to be Tuesday -Thursday with Flexible hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
* Assistance with correspondence, spreadsheets, governmental filings. Proficiency with
* Microsoft Word and Excel, very helpful.
* Accounts payable processing; invoice coding; interface with accounting department
* Maintain files

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* General office work and administrative support
* Answer phones, order supplies

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
* Bank and mail runs; local errands
