Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will arrange and file records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. You will operate basic office equipment (e.g., printers, optical scanners, fax machines, calculator, copier) to complete tasks. You will compose documents (e.g., reports, memorandums, correspondence) to provide written responses to requests. You will create reports or documents using Microsoft Office Products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access) for office automation duties You will prepare written notifications to remind staff and customers of meetings, trainings, and other important events. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing front office receptionist duties (e.g., greet, screen, check-in visitors) to provide customer service;2) Schedule internal/external customers visiting or calling;3) Preparing agendas notifying participants of time and place of scheduled meetings;4) Arranging the meetings and conferences; maintaining and monitoring the appointment schedules for management;5) Managing travel arrangements (e.g., travel documents, travel orders, security clearance, hotel transportation reservations) to maintain stall punctuality for events and. Education Additional Information This announcement uses the Certain Personnel of the DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
