Elite Contracting Group is seeking an Office Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Petersburg, Virginia.  This position will ensure the cleanliness of our Headquarters building and all Central Region Office facilities.    Benefits and Perks Elite Contracting Group is one of Virginia's fastest-growing full-service security and resiliency solution integration companies.  Elite employees receive above-average pay and access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.  At Elite, we pride ourselves in recognizing each employee is a vital asset to our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.  In our 25-plus years, we have never laid-off employees.  Responsibilities: + Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned buildings + Clean and disinfect bathrooms + Clean and disinfect breakrooms + Wipe and dust surfaces including but not limited to furniture, window sills, doors, door frames, air vents and light fixtures + Clean and polish chrome and stainless steel fixtures, sinks, faucets, kick plates, switch plates, etc. + Sweep, vacuum and mop floors + Empty trashcans, replace liners, and wipe down as needed + Restock breakroom supplies including coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. + Perform other related duties as assigned + Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for meetings and events Qualifications: + Must be self-motivated and be able to work alone (this is not a team cleaning position) + Must have a strong attention to detail when cleaning + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously + Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record Physical Requirements: + Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time while pulling, pushing, and bending + Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Additional Requirements: + Must possess and maintain a satisfactory background record Elite Contracting Group ensures nondiscrimination in all programs and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
