All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Part-time **Shift** : 7:00am-4:30pm (Hours may vary as this is a part-time role) **_The community you’ll be caring for: Kissimmee Campus_** · AdventHealth Kissimmee is a 242-bed community-focused hospital · Conveniently located near Walt Disney World · The team is here is dedicated to bringing mission-focused, faith-based care to residents and visitors of Osceola and Orange Counties · AdventHealth Kissimmee has recently expanded our existing tower by 3-floors and 80-beds, including new ancillary spaces such as Inpatient Rehab, Inpatient Dialysis, Laboratory, and Imaging services. **The role you’ll contribute:** Performs and maintains a wide range of complex administrative duties and project support to the department directors and department as a whole. Facilitates efficient department operations and assists with overhead projects and activities as directed. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Demonstrates, through behavior, Advent Health’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork. · Provides administrative support to the Marketing Director by maintaining calendar on a daily basis, assists with meeting coordination and agendas, completes expense reports, filing, and faxing. Maintains and updates team Organizational Charts. · Coordinates overhead projects including printing event packets, newsletters, mailers, receiving RSVPs for marketing events, seminar registrations, confirmation letters, data entry, and assists with various marketing-related activities, when requested. · Assists with any office needs including filing, making copies, faxes, mailings, ordering supplies, answering the phones, etc. · Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines. · Shares a multitude of responsibilities with fellow management support employees to ensure a smooth operation of the daily office responsibilities. · When working under cost center 9900 may have the added responsibility of supervising employees and providing back-up support to billing area. · Maintains the confidentiality of physicians, administration, and practice information. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED:** · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Very organized and takes initiative when appropriate · Works effectively and efficiently within a team with minimal supervision. · Professional attitude and conduct. · Trustworthy and works with discretion. · Willing to learn new technology or processes. · When working in cost center 9900 skills required include precision in transcribing medical / legal documents. · Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:** · Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency · Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, Mindjet Mind Map software and Visio · Knowledge of print production · Event planning, catering coordination **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** · One to two years administrative experience. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:** · Associate’s degree and/or two to three years work experience in the health care arena.
