OFFICE CLERK
U-Haul of East Central Colorado is searching for a reliable and task-oriented Office Clerk. The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the Marketing Company President and Marketing Company Executive Assistant through a variety of administrative tasks and projects. This person will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the function of each center and their ongoing projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks/projects in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Job Duties:
+ Must possess solid basic knowledge of admin. duties, i.e., accounting, billing, filing, maintaining project sample and communication files, possess good business phone etiquette, etc.,
+ Coordinating and i nteract ing with various contractors and vendors in relation to projects
+ Schedule and manage various accounts
+ Running reports and audits
+ Customer service
+ Communicating with team members and upper management
+ Office maintenance
+ Problem solving, detail oriented
+ Data entry, record management, organization skills
+ Running company errands, etc.
+ Other related office duties as needed
Requirements:
+ Must be a team player who can take direction and work within tight deadlines.
+ Use of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, powerpoint )
+ Resourceful and able to address needs quickly
+ Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Strong work ethic
+ Dependability
+ Comfortable using computers
