Our client, a fast-paced logistics and distribution center, is looking for an Office Clerk to join their team in Monroe, NJ. This role involves handling administrative tasks related to shipping, inventory tracking, and customer communication during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain recordsReview and monitor shipment schedulesDocument inventory damages and discrepanciesTrack inventory levels and movementsAnswer phone calls and respond to emails professionallySchedule appointments and support daily office operationsRequirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)Prior experience in an office or clerical roleExperience with inventory and shipping processesMust have reliable transportationMust be flexible to work overtime as neededPay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AMOvertime opportunities available
