Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

Super Soccer Stars is looking to hire a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children, athletics, and working with the community. As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day front desk and office operations, customer service, facility upkeep, and communication at our main office located in Upper West Side, New York.


This role is five days a week and in office only at our New York City location. You will report to the Operations Supervisor

As the Office Coordinator, you will perform several administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office environment. This may include:

Ensure front desk security and completion of office opening and closing procedures. Manage customer service area including, supervision of the front desk and upkeep of promotional material. Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude upon arrival at their classes Monitor office deliveries and general maintenance of physical space to keep it clean and organized. Managing schedules for conference and community spaces Ensure that the restrooms are properly maintained and restocked accordingly with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap products Report any lateness or field problems to the Operations Team. Ensure fields have the signage & sandwich board is placed outside.

Administrative Duties:

Marketing support includes but is not limited to, the distribution of flyers, participation in the events, promotional outreach for Soccer Stars programs/events, and partnering with local businesses to grow class enrollment. Assist with any administrative support, including but not limited to the retrieval of mail, deliveries, and filing. Assist with class management for open & camp programming at our locations. Including but not limited to class creations, enrollment, withdrawing, transferring from a class, internal team communication (slack, zoom, salesforce), and parent communication. Maintain flawless communication with customers and prospective customers in person, on the phone, through text, and via email and foster relationships with clients, children, and partners to ensure positive customer service.

Customer Service:

Answer customer questions; relay program information; communicate schedule changes and updates; offer guidance for program options and solutions. Liaise with customers to receive feedback on the program and communicate with the management team. Handle all initial-level escalated issues swiftly to Super Soccer Stars standards and maximize customer service satisfaction.
