The Office Coordinator is responsible for answering the phone and directing calls, scheduling work orders, purchasing supply parts and billing for services provided to outside customers. 

This position requires full understanding and active particiption in fulfilling the Mission of the Blessing Health System. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS   Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: High School graduate Computer literacy required, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Positive interpersonal relationship skills Excellent customer service skills PREFERRED: N/A License/Certifications/Special Requirements: N/A Pay Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
