Position Summary:

Supports unit or department by providing a high level of administrative support and coordination to other departments within the organization, as well as with outside entities to facilitate workflow and efficiencies.

Kootenai Clinic is the regional cancer treatment center for northern Idaho, eastern Washington, and western Montana. We deliver comprehensive, compassionate cancer care using leading-edge technology, the newest therapies and a wide range of clinical trials as well as rehabilitation. To minimize the difficulties patients, face traveling during treatment, our doctors offer cancer treatment in three locations: Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and Sandpoint.

 

Responsibilities:      

Coordinates department or unit needs for projects, reporting, research, meetings, and/or travel with available resources Composes memos transcribe notes, and research and create presentation Generates reports handle multiple projects, prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports Assists with Kronos edits and scheduling/staffing May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget Performs other related duties as assigned Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned

 

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in related field OR equivalent education/related experience required 1-year supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills required Knowledge of Laws or regulations regarding Privacy Act and Confidentiality required
