About This Role:
The Office Coordinator is tasked with a wide variety of facilities and administrative related responsibilities and serves as the primary point of contact for all office inquiries.
This person is highly visible and requires a high level of professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
Provide general reception support to the office, such as answering phones and greeting guestsResponsible for space planning and seating assignments for assigned office location. Maintain floor plans for assigned office locationParticipate in the coordination of internal office moves and relocationsResponsible for emergency evacuation procedures for assigned office locationSubmit requests and work orders to property management and external vendors; maintain strong working relationships with service providersTrack and monitor facility-related costs for assigned office locationResponsible for purchase orders for assigned office locationHandle the procurement and stocking of office supplies, snacks, etc.Provide administrative support to executive staff, such as expense reconciliation and occasional travel coordinationPlan and execute office outings and partiesProvide meeting support to assigned office locations, such as conference room booking and set-up, catering, etc.Manage incoming and outgoing mailings and packagesPrepare cubicles and offices for new hiresPerform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree2/3 years of office/facilities coordination experience required, facilities operations experience preferredFluency in English; an advanced level of Dutch would be preferable.Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations and facilitiesPossess excellent time management skills as well as the ability to multi-taskHave strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal/written communication skills requiredStrongly proficient in MS Office productsBenefits:
