Your job responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator:

Create an inviting and collaborative culture for employees, clients, and guestsResponsible for answering client calls and connecting clients with their agents.Process incoming mail.Prepare bank deposits.Manage a book of bond business.Provide support to other departments as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Relevant experience will be considered.Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendanceMaintain professionalism and confidentialityAbility to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including associates, applicants and visitorsAbility to perform administrative functionsThe ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. As well as possess strong skills in operating computers and various office machines, as well as a technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly.

Department Office Administration & Clerical

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
