Office Coordinator
Miller Brothers Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Office Coordinator in Greenville PA. 

Pay - $17 

Shift - 1st shift M-F 8am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4pm (flexible)

The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the office, providing essential administrative support to the team. This position demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle various office and clerical tasks effectively. As the initial point of contact for many clients, the Office Coordinator must present a professional demeanor, communicate clearly, and have excellent customer service skills.
 
Responsibilities:
Client Service: Serve as the primary contact for office visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff member. Answer and route phone calls to the correct personnel or department. Manage the scheduling of conference and community spaces, and coordinate lunch orders for meetings and plant functions. Operations: Support plant manager in day-to-day office management and general office tasks. Monitor and order inventory for office and conference room supplies. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages. Set up new employees’ orientation, provide training PowerPoint presentations, and training videos. Maintain and publish weekly employee staffing schedules, including over-time scheduling and vacations. Assist shipping department when needed by preparing shipping documents; packings slip, BOL, and shipping checklist. Maintenance: Ordering parts and repairs for maintenance, scheduling repair and connecting vendors with maintenance. Maintain invoices, packing slips and other documentation of all material ordered and received from outside vendors and suppliers. Utilizing the File maker system to make purchase orders for parts and services. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Familiarity with client services and customer service best practices Experience in event planning and schedule management Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and FileMaker Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Ability to manage vendor relationships and support team development
