About This Role:
The Office Coordinator is tasked with a wide variety of facility and administrative related responsibilities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all office inquiries and is 100% on site. The Office Coordinator is highly visible and requires a high level of professionalism.
What You'll Do:
Space planning, management & seating assignmentsCoordinate internal office moves & relocationsMaintains floor plans & emergency evacuation proceduresSubmit requests & work orders to property management & external vendorsEffectively manage relationships with vendors, service providers, property management, etc.Ability to track & monitor facility related costsAbility to create online shopping lists and ordersProcurement & stocking of office supplies, coffee/beverages and snacks, etc.Provide general reception support to the office (answering phones, greeting guests, answering/routing inquiries).Meeting support and coordination (conference room booking & setup/breakdown)Manage incoming/outgoing mail & packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)New Hire onboarding & setupOther duties as assignedCompensation: $48,000 - $52,000; commensurate with experienceWhat You'll Need:
Minimum of 3 years of Office/Facilities coordination experience preferredExperience in Office space or facility management strongly desired; service industry experience a plusExcellent verbal/written communication skills requiredProficiency in MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel required, Publisher preferredExperience utilizing MS Teams and Zoom Video CommunicationsAbility to communicate effectively and courteouslyExcellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task requiredMust have strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independentlyAbout Comscore
