Office Coordinator
Description We are offering an opportunity for a PART TIME Office Coordinator position in Rye Brook, New York. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. This candidate's role will involve a variety of tasks including maintaining the workspace, managing reservations, handling mail and package deliveries, and other general clerical tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize workspace, including tidying up the kitchen and checking coffee supplies • Handle mail and package deliveries, including UPS/FedEx needs • Assist with scheduling and making reservations as required • Perform clerical tasks such as typing up notes • Utilize Microsoft Suite for various tasks • Provide customer service, including answering inbound calls and resolving inquiries • Maintain accurate records and process customer applications efficiently • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Strong ability to answer inbound calls swiftly and professionally. • Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications to manage emails, schedules, and documents efficiently. • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments, organize meetings, and manage calendars for multiple team members. • Background in engineering or related field is preferred but not required. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Prior administrative or office management experience is beneficial.
