In the role of Office Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Answer and direct phone calls, deliver messages, greet employees and visitors, schedule conference calls, and distribute incoming faxes and mailApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assuranceWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesHandle client invoicing, manage collections, complete project budgets and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as neededWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentationsTake responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsServe as the local administrative support to the area leadership for the management of the QMS.Monitor the proper scheduling and completion of QA and QC activities through the department’s use of the QMIS.Work with new employees in on-boarding and awareness of the HDR QMS and its role in our organization.Handle project activities from Programing-CDsSpecsQAQC ReviewsPreferred QualificationsEmbrace the HDR brand promise and values.Must execute work in a professional and ethical direction for the company and staff.Required QualificationsA minimum of 3 years in similar consulting industry.Ability to develop an understanding of QMS fundamentals.  Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience.Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and PowerPoint.
