Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling mail, and supporting various administrative tasks. ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors including interviews, vendors, clients, and office deliveries, and validate parking tickets.Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail.Prepare outgoing mail and packages.Maintain an organized workspace at all times.Clean and tidy public spaces and conference rooms throughout the day.Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Monitor, stock, and order beverages and snacks daily.Assist with in-office catering, office lunches, and events as needed.Support other teams with various administrative tasks such as disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.Handle any maintenance issues by working with building management and vendors to ensure resolution.Oversee office cleanliness by coordinating with office staff and a cleaning company.Essential Skills1+ years of experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.Experience in administrative assistance, clerical tasks, customer service, and receptionist duties.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.Analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve.Excellent attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
